Privacy policy.
Effective 19 May 2026. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver accessibility audits — nothing more.
Who we are
This site is operated by Mueen ("we", "us", "our"), reachable at privacy@mueen.me. We are a digital accessibility and compliance audit provider headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations in Doha, Qatar.
What we collect
- Scan inputs — the URL you submit to the on-page scanner, your work email, and your consent flag.
- Contact form data — your name, work email, organization, role, and the content of your message.
- Lead capture — the email address you submit to receive guides, reports, or product updates.
- Technical logs — IP address, user agent, and request timestamp, retained for 30 days for abuse prevention and rate-limiting.
- Audit output — the accessibility findings produced by Google PageSpeed Insights against the URL you submit. We do not store the audited site's content.
Why we collect it
We use this data to (a) deliver the audit you requested, (b) email you the full PDF report, (c) reply to your enquiries, and (d) operate the service securely (rate-limiting, abuse prevention). We do not sell your data, ever.
Legal basis
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, 2021) and Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016), we process your data on the basis of (i) your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box on our forms, and (ii) our legitimate interest in delivering the service you requested.
Who we share with
We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting (deployments processed in EU/US regions).
- Google LLC — PageSpeed Insights API runs the technical audit; only the URL you submit is sent.
- Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery (the email address you provided).
We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Scan results: 12 months from submission, after which they are deleted. Contact-form messages and lead-capture emails: until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months if no engagement, whichever comes first. Technical logs: 30 days.
Your rights
Under PDPL and equivalent Gulf legislation, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and withdraw consent for your personal data. Email privacy@mueen.me and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. We use a single first-party cookie only when you sign in to the Mueen platform (not from the marketing site you are currently viewing). No third-party analytics scripts run on this site.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to lead and contact data is restricted to named operations staff. We notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed breach affecting their data, as required by PDPL.
Children
This service is intended for organizational use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post material changes to this policy here and update the "Effective" date. If changes affect how we use your data, we will email you and request re-consent before applying them.
