Saudi DGA

Issued by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Who it applies to: All Saudi government digital services. Increasingly cited by regulated sectors (banking, healthcare, education).
What it requires: Services must score ≥ 80 on the DGA accessibility index, support Arabic and English with parity, and complete an annual third-party audit.

Saudi GRC

Who it applies to: Listed companies and regulated entities operating in KSA.
What it requires: Accessibility risk must be tracked alongside cybersecurity and financial risk, with board-level visibility.

Vision 2030

Who it applies to: National strategy. Directly informs procurement and KPIs across ministries and Vision Realization Programs.

Who it applies to: Qatari government and public-sector digital services. Increasingly cited by financial-sector regulator.
What it requires: Services must comply with WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA plus MOTC-specific Arabic and procurement provisions.
